Responsibilities:
- Create detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and procurement strategies tailored to client needs.
- Review bids and analyze change orders to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project outcomes.
- Leverage advanced tools such as BIM and on-screen takeoff software for accurate estimating.
- Offer specialized cost advice and support for commercial and institutional projects.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in cost estimating, including experience with CMGC/GCCM processes and tools.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering value to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of estimating tools and software, and experience with BIM is a plus.
